Automation services & pricing.
Most automation pricing is deliberately vague. Ours isn't: every build is a fixed fee, scoped and agreed in writing before a line of work starts. The number you approve is the number you pay.
We can't publish a price list, because a two-system job and a five-system one are not the same build. What we can do is show you exactly how the number is arrived at, below. The first consultation is free and ends with a real figure.
Three clear
ways to start.
Our full audit and roadmap, scoped and priced up front. Leave knowing exactly where AI pays off in your business, and where it won't.
- Half-day discovery
- Workflow & tooling review
- Prioritised opportunity map
- Risk & data-handling guidance
- 2–3 week turnaround
A complete automation, built end to end in your tools and handed over with docs and training. Scoped and priced up front, agreed in writing before any work starts.
- Everything in the AI Audit
- Full build in your stack
- Testing & error handling
- Plain-English documentation
- Team training & handover
Ongoing enablement, coaching and support: keep your team sharp and your automations healthy without a full-time hire.

What actually
moves the number.
Systems touched
An automation crossing two systems is a different job from one crossing five. Every extra system is another integration to build, test and keep alive when that vendor changes their API. This is the single biggest driver of the figure we quote.
How good the APIs are
Some tools have clean, documented APIs. Others need workarounds that take days instead of hours. We check this before quoting, which is why we won't give you a number over the phone without seeing your stack first.
Data consistency
Automation amplifies whatever your data already is. If the same customer is spelled four different ways across three systems, that gets cleaned up before anything is automated, and that cleanup is real work with a real cost.
Redesign vs connect
Sometimes a workflow shouldn't be automated as it stands, because the process itself is the problem. Redesigning costs more up front and saves considerably more afterwards. We'll say so when we think that's the case, rather than automating a bad process faster.
What you
actually get.
Process Automation
A finished, documented automation running inside your own tools, handed over with your team trained to operate it without us.
- Workflow mapped and scoped in writing first
- Built in your existing stack, no new platform to buy
- Error handling and testing before handover
- Plain-English documentation your team keeps
AI Implementation
AI added to the systems you already run, with guardrails, so the output can be trusted without someone re-checking every line it produces.
- AI features built into your current tools
- Custom assistants working on your own data
- Accuracy checks and defined fallback behaviour
- Data-handling rules agreed before we build
Workflow Optimisation
A rescue job for automation that already exists and keeps falling over. We find out why it breaks, then make it stop breaking.
- Audit of the automations you already run
- Failure-point analysis, not guesswork
- Rebuild of the brittle sections only
- Running-cost and performance tuning
AI Training
Capability that stays in your building. We teach your people to do the work themselves rather than making you permanently dependent on us.
- AI-readiness audit and prioritised roadmap
- Hands-on workshops built on your real tasks
- A shared prompt playbook your team owns
- Coaching while the new habits form
